At Online Carpets, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new flooring isn't the perfect fit, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to select the items you wish to return and receive a unique Return Authorization Number.

  Package Your Items

  Ensure the carpet or accessories are in their original, uncut condition and securely wrapped in the original protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  Schedule a Collection

  Choose a convenient pickup date through our courier partner, or drop off smaller rug items at a designated local collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
