How should I clean and maintain my new carpet?
Regular vacuuming without a beater bar is recommended for most styles. For spills, blot immediately with a clean, white cloth. We suggest professional cleaning every 12-18 months to maintain the fiber integrity.
Are your carpets compatible with underfloor heating?
Most of our synthetic and wool carpets are compatible with underfloor heating systems. However, we recommend using a heat-resistant rug pad to ensure proper airflow and protection for both the rug and your flooring.
